Try crock pot organic chilli.
- Add organic ground beef
- Chop up veggies. My family likes zucchini, mushrooms, onions, red bell peppers.
- Add a 1/2 cup of organic tomato sauce and some chilli powder.
- Turn crock pot on high to cook for 4 hrs or low to cook for 6 to 8 and let it do the cooking for you.
- Add a side salad and there’s a great dinner for when you are on the run or not
