Butterfly Letters

I have learned over this past year to Trust more in God. I have always wanted and needed to be in control for I had fear of the future. The more I let go and let God, the more peace I have for I can not control anything but he can control everything.

I love to sit quietly and write letters to him about my day, feelings or whatever is on my mind and listen for his response back. It’s truley my happy place. There is no drug or any thing in this world that could replace the love and secruity I feel when I’m in his presence and his arms are wrapped tighly around me. He truley gives the best hugs! LOL!

This is what he shared with me one day when I was feeling fearful and not leaning on him:

From God:

My child! Don’t fear; for I am here. Don’t decide; for I will. Don’t control; for I am in control. Don’t try to fix things; for I am the ultimate restorer, repairer of all things. Turst….Walk in my light ! You will overcome in and through my son Jesus christ. Listen for the Holy Spirit and he will guide you!

Proverbs 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and in all your ways acknowlege him and he will direct your path.
