I have learned to not focus on what’s happening to me and my circumstance, but to see and focus on what God is doing in me!
It took a long time for me to not focus on my circumstances, but to instead know that some of what I was going through was God restoring, refining, replacing, reshaping, and instilling in me the things I needed. It’s like a parent who builds into a child that there are many growing pains.
God has been teaching me to go inward and find the strength and wisdom to trust and have faith in the process. That is what He wants for you. He doesn’t want you to sit in the confusion of your circumstance; He wants you to see the bigger picture, how He is fulfilling your purpose, gifts, and talents, and preventing you from things that will distract you from His will for your ministry, no matter what that might be!
We all have a ministry to encourage, uplift, and share with others. We all have a story of how God has worked in us and through us. Let that light SHINE and see the goodness in what God is doing! Praise GOD!
It is in the storms that I have grown the most, and I thank the Lord for that!
What is the Lord doing in you? Where is God taking you? Are you ready and willing to surrender to His call?
Blessings,
Jill
