Today I simply and humbly say the following prayer:

Father,

You know the challenges I face and the desires of my heart. Place in my mind the right thinking with which to overcome. Hold me close to your loving heart so that I may remain poised and unshaken no matter what confronts me. Never let me doubt You, Your love, Your presence, or Your provision in all things. Help me to lean on you and know that you are in charge of my life, working out all things in your perfect will for the good of those who love you.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28

Give me the patience to walk step-by-step with you according to your plan and purpose for my life.

Yes, I know you love and approve of me as you do all your children. And like a parent, you know what is best for my development, even when I don’t always understand why!

Father, I will trust You. I relinquish all thoughts of fear, discouragement, depression, and lack of faith. I embrace your peace, which surpasses all understanding. I rise up today in confidence and courage and live my life with more joy and peace, for it is because of you that I have life!

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.    

Philippians 4:7

Thank you, Lord, for I love you with all my heart, mind, and soul. Without you, my life would be nothing.
